We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associateto join our

Corporate Actions

team. This role is located in Toronto, Canada and is a

Hybrid

position.


In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:




Manages a small Corporate Actions team responsible for providing corporate action-related custody and accounting processing. Coordinates with internal departments and external sub custodians, custodians, depositories, agents and brokers to ensure that daily work meets organizational standards. Reviews files for completion and compliance with execution of risk controls. Identifies areas requiring analysis of operations and resolution for more efficient operations. Directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:




Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required Bachelors degree preferred

Experience with Corporate actions required

Prior experience with Settlements or Risk Management preferred
Prior management / financial services experience preferred.
