Who You Are

You are a

Senior

Architectural Technologist

for our skilled team and love completing the detailed, construction set of drawings. You have loads of experience with residential design and drafting as well as, a passion for creativity! You are extremely organized, and pride yourself on being a team player. You aid in offering our clients a world class experience by creating incredible home designs that are both innovative and directly in line with the client's wishes. You are driven. You are willing. And you are eager to join an innovative team, specializing in client experience.

Must Haves

- A minimum of 3+ years experience as an Architectural Technologist or Architect for

Residential New Home Design

. Applicants who do not have experience in residential new home design will not be considered.

- Exceptional working knowledge of the Alberta Building Code and the bylaws of multiple municipalities in and around Calgary, AB.

- Experience applying for Development and Building permits.

- Be a team player who is open to collaboration and gaining experience from our team of professionals.

- Be a quick thinker and adapt easily to change.

- Think outside the box, and stay up to date with current home design trends.

- Be able to design within a given budget and in accordance with a building specification.

- Proficient with design software such as Revit.
