Role Overview
The Senior Analyst, Workforce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance Analyst ("Senior Analyst") will lead technical configuration and integration activities for the Workforce Software Time & Attendance solution, including integrating with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP
)
, and S/4 HANA as part of the HR Transformation Project. This role focuses on complex time and attendance configuration, payroll integration, and technical enablement to ensure accurate time collection, seamless payroll operations, and compliance with global labor regulations.
This is an initial 12-month contract to start with strong possibility of extension based on program needs.

Responsibilities
Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures.
Configure and customize WFS T&A modules to meet global/local requirements.
Develop and maintain integrations between WFS, SAP SuccessFactors, and S/4 HANA.
Build and manage data interfaces and API connections.
Participate in end-to-end implementation: requirements, design, testing, deployment.
Provide technical support and resolve system issues.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Maintain technical and user documentation and testing scripts.
Recommend process improvements and system enhancements for scalability.
Qualifications
WFS Configuration Expertise
Pay rules, overtime rules, shift differentials
Schedule templates and shift patterns
Accruals (vacation, sick time, PTO)
Compliance rules (meal/break, union agreements)
Integration Skills
Building and maintaining interfaces between WFS and HRIS/payroll systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors EC, ECP, S/4 HANA)
API development and consumption (REST/SOAP)
Experience with middleware tools (Dell Boomi, SAP CPI, MuleSoft)
Data Management
SQL for querying and troubleshooting
XML for configuration and data exchange
Flat file processing (CSV, TXT) for inbound/outbound data flows
Scripting & Automation
WFS scripting for custom logic
Basic JavaScript or Groovy for advanced customizations
Testing & Troubleshooting
Unit and integration testing for time/pay calculations
Debugging integration errors and system logs
Security & Compliance
Role-based access control in WFS
Reporting & Analytics
Building custom reports in WFS
Using SQL or BI tools for time/pay data analysis
University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
Minimum 5-8 years in Workforce Software Time & Attendance implementations and support.
Deep hands-on proficiency and/or expertise with configuring pay rules, schedules, accruals, and compliance rules in WFS.
Confirmed integration experience through API development, file-based interfaces, and integration with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Proficiency with data management including SQL for data queries and fixes, and XML for configuration and data exchange.
Ability to develop custom logic using WFS scripting and familiarity with JavaScript or similar scripting languages.
Application of middleware tools such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Dell Boomi, or other integration platforms.
Highly skilled with testing and problem resolution, specifically for unit testing, integration testing, and resolving time/pay calculation issues.
Experience with security and compliance such as role-based access control (RBAC) and compliance with global labor regulations.
Understanding of cloud architecture, SSO protocols (SAML/OAuth), and WFS reporting tools are preferred.
Pay Range:
The actual amount offered is determined based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
