About the Role

The Information Technology Group (ITG) is a collection of people, processes and technology investments that are designed to achieve the business goals of FTI Consulting. The Financial Systems Senior Analyst II will provide end user support to FTI\xe2\x80\x99s financial systems. The Financial Systems Senior Analyst II will also be responsible for the assessment, identification and functional definition of requirements / solutions to meet FTI\xe2\x80\x99s business needs.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do

• Identify, analyze and resolve issues within the Unit4 ERP financial system, internal & external interfaces
• Troubleshoot server processes related to Unit4 ERP financial system
• Assist with projects as time allows for the Unit4 system and work collaboratively with other system support teams/users to integrate, design, test and implement solutions

What You Will Need to Succeed

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant post-graduate professional experience working with Unit4 with a firm understanding of the Intercompany, Billing, AP and GL applications interaction within the Unit4 ERP system
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; the employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas

Preferred Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or related business field
• Strong customer service skills in order to perform job duties in an effective, professional and friendly manner
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong planning, organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• SQL experience
• Systems development (database design and programming)
• General background in IT, Finance, Economics or Tax
• Experience resolving complex issues utilizing technology
• Wide-ranging technical experience
• SME skills in one or more software products
• Experienced solving complex issues with in-depth evaluation of many variable factors
