The Impact You'll Make




As part of the Site Merchandising team, you'll help shape how customers discover, engage with, and shop our online assortment. You'll play a key role in driving conversion by delivering an inspiring, data-driven shopping experience across department and category pages. Through strong collaboration with cross-functional partners, you'll turn insights into action- ensuring our products are strategically featured, our pages are optimized for search and performance, and our site experience reflects the needs and interests of our customers.

What You'll Do



Plan and strategize department page experiences in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Partner with Category teams to tag featured products and merchandise category-specific pages that reflect business priorities. Work closely with Trading, Growth, and Category partners to align on allocation strategies and key seasonal focuses. Develop and execute data-driven site merchandising strategies designed to increase product discovery and customer engagement. Conduct regular audits of internal search and top search terms to identify optimization opportunities. Collaborate with SEO partners to enhance visibility and ranking of department pages. Support testing and execution of digital merchandising strategies for campaigns, promotions, and new site capabilities. Monitor stock levels and adjust site presentation (boost, bury, or remove) to ensure a strong customer experience. Track, measure, and report on site merchandising performance to drive continuous improvement. Lead A/B testing to shape future experiences and inform decision-making. Stay informed on digital merchandising trends and recommend actionable insights to evolve our approach.

What You'll Bring



A passion for eCommerce and creating customer-centric digital experiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to turn data into clear actions. Experience collaborating across multiple teams, balancing creative and commercial priorities. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a proactive mindset in identifying areas of improvement. Familiarity with SEO, internal search optimization, and A/B testing principles is an asset. Experience in digital or site merchandising, online retail, or a related field preferred.
