As a Senior Analyst, Talent Digital Delivery you'll play a key role in advancing how CPP Investments designs, delivers, and optimizes talent processes through technology. You'll support the continuous improvement of talent digital tools and data, while leading select workstreams and providing operational excellence across our talent systems.


This role combines hands-on Talent technology delivery, data analysis, and process optimization -- ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, driving efficiency, and enabling a seamless colleague experience.

Team Description




The Talent Digital Delivery team enables the effective design and delivery of core Talent programs through technology. We are part of the Talent Operations team and partner very closely with other teams in Talent, Technology & Data partners, and business stakeholders to deliver talent systems solutions that enhance the employee experience and scale our talent capabilities.

Accountabilities:



Support and improve day-to-day operations across Workday, and other Talent systems, and enhancement initiatives to deliver Talent programs, ensuring compliance, quality, and process consistency. Independently deliver assigned work accurately and on time, including configuration, testing and deployment activities as well as data reconciliation, where applicable. Provide effective and high-quality responses to inquiries in a manner that ensures internal/ external stakeholders satisfaction. Identify opportunities to enhance processes, data accuracy, and system usability through automation, centralization, and continuous improvement. Partner with cross-functional teams, including colleagues within Talent Operations, Technology & Data and colleagues from other Talent teams. Solicit requirements, Analyze and validate Talent data, using reports and dashboards to monitor quality, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Contribute to testing and implementation of new system functionality, documenting results and supporting user adoption. Support requirements gathering, documentation, and translation of business needs into system or process design inputs for enhancements and new functionality. Maintain clear and current process documentation to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity.


Qualifications



Undergraduate degree or college diploma in related field is desirable. 3+ years of relevant experience. Hands-on experience with key market Talent systems is required (e.g. Workday, Qualtrics, etc) Fluency across the MS Office product suite is required, with strong Excel skills. Analytical mindset, comfortable with troubleshooting and gauging insights from data Strong planning and organizational skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent problem-solving skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Curiosity and drive to leverage technology to improve how Talent programs are delivered and experienced
