Your Role in Supporting Our Members:
As a Senior Analyst, HR Reporting & Analytics, you will play a strategic role in advancing People & Culture's data maturity. You'll go beyond standard reporting to design, automate, and evolve sophisticated people analytics solutions that enable leaders to make evidence-based decisions. This role owns the end-to-end HR reporting and analytics lifecycle - from data extraction and transformation through insight generation and visualization - and serves as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on workforce trends, risks, and opportunities.
This is a permanent, full-time role that will enjoy hybrid working arrangements which can be fulfilled primarily from the Vancity head office location and your Lower Mainland based home office. This role may require you to work in-office at least once a week.
