About the Role

We are seeking a skilled

Senior Analyst, SAP Business Systems

to provide global support for our SAP environment, with a focus on

Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO)

. This role will act as a trusted partner to business users and play a critical part in our

transformation from ECC to S/4HANA

.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, support, and enhance SAP FI/CO modules and troubleshoot system issues. Translate business requirements into SAP solutions; prepare functional specs and test scenarios. Manage daily operational issues related to SAP Finance and Controlling. Lead and support SAP projects including upgrades, enhancements, and S/4HANA migration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide subject matter expertise on SAP functionality. Research and recommend SAP advancements including cloud integrations (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Ariba). Ensure compliance with internal controls, reporting standards, and audit requirements. Mentor junior staff and lead small project teams as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Economics. Minimum

5+ years' experience

as an SAP FICO functional analyst. Strong expertise in

SAP FI/CO

with integration knowledge across SD, MM, PS, PP, BW, BPC, CRM, PLM. Experience with

S/4HANA

and simplification concepts. Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes (including global intercompany). Familiarity with SAP methodology (e.g., SAP Activate) and full lifecycle implementations (2+ preferred). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to explain technical concepts to business users. Experience with tools such as

Concur Invoicing, One Source, SAP Analytics Cloud

is an asset. SAP Certification or professional accounting designation (CA, CGA, CPA) preferred.
