Le titulaire du poste est responsable d\xe2\x80\x99assurer l\xe2\x80\x99exactitude des processus et l\xe2\x80\x99analyse des \xc3\xa9carts reli\xc3\xa9s aux taxes, aider \xc3\xa0 la pr\xc3\xa9paration des dossiers de fin d\xe2\x80\x99ann\xc3\xa9e, analyse des CMV, faire l\xe2\x80\x99analyse des \xc3\xa9tats financiers et du Split P&L de plus de 175 Pharmaprix et tous autres aspects de l\xe2\x80\x99entreprise. L\'analyste travaillera en \xc3\xa9troite collaboration avec le gestionnaire, planification financi\xc3\xa8re et analyse, et avec autres membres de l\xe2\x80\x99organisation.

Description d\'emploi

Ce que vous ferez :

  • Pr\xc3\xa9parer et analyser des rapports quotidiens, hebdomadaires et p\xc3\xa9riodiques
  • Vous \xc3\xaates responsable des mod\xc3\xa8les de pr\xc3\xa9vision par cat\xc3\xa9gorie, de la maintenance et de l\'am\xc3\xa9lioration continue des mod\xc3\xa8les.
  • Identifier les principaux facteurs de performance de l\'entreprise par le biais d\'une analyse structur\xc3\xa9e, sonder efficacement les probl\xc3\xa8mes et les causes, et collaborer avec l\'\xc3\xa9quipe pour d\xc3\xa9velopper des solutions.
  • G\xc3\xa9rer les diverses exigences en mati\xc3\xa8re de rapports.
  • D\xc3\xa9velopper de solides partenariats et relations interfonctionnels pour soutenir les principales initiatives critiques, le cas \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9ant.
  • Participer \xc3\xa0 des projets et initiatives ad hoc et interfonctionnels, le cas \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9ant.

Ce que vous apportez :
  • Une formation postsecondaire en finance ou dans un domaine connexe est requise ; une exp\xc3\xa9rience de travail dans un environnement en \xc3\xa9volution rapide, en particulier dans le secteur des entreprises et/ou de la vente au d\xc3\xa9tail, sera consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e comme un atout.
  • Minimum de 3 \xc3\xa0 5 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en finance
  • Excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences interpersonnelles, capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 rassembler et \xc3\xa0 g\xc3\xa9rer les interactions avec les employ\xc3\xa9s de l\'ensemble de l\'organisation.
  • Excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences en mati\xc3\xa8re de r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes et capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 g\xc3\xa9rer des situations difficiles avec tact.

Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis

Reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, this position is responsible for the efficient and effective analysis of financial processes related to the various activities of the company

Key Responsibilities

This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of processes and variance analysis related to taxes, preparing year-end packaging, Gross margin analysis, preparing the financial statements and Split P&L analysis for over 175 Pharmaprix. The Senior financial analyst will work closely with the Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, and other members of the organization.



What you will do:
  • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly and periodic reports
  • You will be responsible for category forecasting models, maintenance and continuous improvement of models.
  • Identify key business performance drivers through structured analysis, effectively probe issues and causes, and collaborate with the team to develop solutions.
  • Manage various reporting requirements.
  • Develop strong cross-functional partnerships and relationships to support key critical initiatives as appropriate.
  • Participate in ad hoc and cross-functional projects and initiatives as appropriate.
  • Commit to promoting an inclusive and belonging workplace.
  • Participate in the full accounting cycle and supporting store administrators in their enquiries.
What you bring:
  • Post-secondary education in finance or related field is required; experience working in a fast-paced environment, particularly in the corporate and/or retail sector, will be considered an asset.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in finance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to gather and manage interactions with employees across the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple tasks with deadlines.
  • Results oriented - able to consistently deliver accurate results on time
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of tools, preferably Excel, World Microsoft 365.
  • Familiarity with SAP and MicroStrategy is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to communicate in French and English (written and spoken).
