We are a part of the Transfer Payment Ontario Branch, the central hub for planning, development, and ongoing support of the Transfer Payment Ontario system. Our team provides leadership, business advice, project management, change management, and technical support for internal and external clients, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.

As a Senior Analyst Developer, you will:



Understand Client Needs

- Work closely with managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure technical solutions meet those needs.

Design & Develop Solutions

- Plan, design, and build complex applications and systems, including coding, testing, and implementing enhancements.

Lead Projects

- Manage technical aspects of projects from start to finish--create plans, estimate costs, monitor progress, and resolve issues.

Provide Technical Guidance

- Offer advice, training, and support to junior developers and users to help with implementation and troubleshooting.

Manage External Resources

- Assist with selecting vendors, reviewing proposals, and ensuring external work meets standards and contracts.

Research & Innovate

- Stay updated on technology trends, set standards, and recommend best practices to improve systems and processes.

Technical Skills




You can demonstrate:

experience installing, configuring, and managing Siebel servers in multi-tiered environments, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting issues effectively hands-on expertise using Siebel tools for configuration, workflow, EIM, and report development, as well as planning and executing deployments in hosted environments strong knowledge of UNIX, DB2/UDB, SQL, and Oracle databases, including installation, configuration, tuning, and data migration between systems the ability to assess business requirements and design integrated solutions using SDLC principles, leading development, testing, and implementation phases familiarity with web services, CRM applications, and programming languages such as Java, XML, ASP to support application development and integration. the ability to apply security, privacy, and quality assurance standards to ensure compliance with OPS and Cluster policies
