The Senior Analyst Cyber Operations will be working in a fast paced and innovative environment for one of North America's top airlines. Air Canada's cyber security systems are foundational to protecting the data and systems that allow its customers to fly safely. Air Canada is making significant investments to enhance its Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities through process maturity, and technology enablement.
As a Senior Analyst your responsibilities will be to maintain, support and mature Air Canada's IAM solutions.
This position will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Identity and Access Management
Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting end user issues and support tickets for Air Canada's IAM systems: e.g., Self Service Password Reset (SSPR), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Authentication, AD, LDAP and Access Provisioning.
Participate in upgrades to IAM Solutions: e.g. CyberArk, PingFederate, AAD connect, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solution.
Implement MFA and Single Sign-On (SSO) on new and legacy systems.
Development and support of AD, LDAP and other various scripts.
Maintain and improve IAM operational processes.
Build relationships throughout the organization to enhance and support our focus on safe, secure, and reliable operations.
Managing monthly and ad-hoc audit reports
Maintain up-to-date understanding of IAM processes, principles, best practices, and technologies.
Qualifications
A relevant University degree/technical certification, and/or relevant experience commensurate to the role.
3-5 years of IT technology operations and support experience in a large company.
In depth experience in IT support and trouble shooting.
Experience with PAM (e.g CyberArk, Delinea) and IGA solutions(e.g. SailPoint, Saviyant).
Experience with ServiceNow.
Proficiency and experience in large scale enterprise IAM and/or application procurement and implementation.
3+ years experience in operations and support of LDAP, Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
3+ years in IAM support.
2+ yeas in support of cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively present information.
Demonstrated experience (3 years +): Incident/Major Incident, ITIL process concepts and execution (Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management).
Proficient in programming, scripting, and automation tools such as Java, Javascript, C#, .NET, PowerShell, and Python.
Understanding and experience with OAuth2 and OIDC.
Experience in developing and managing audit reports
Able to communicate effectively and to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization with superior verbal and written skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in rapidly changing environments or uncertain conditions.
Ability to work cooperatively with others on a team, and to establish and maintain effective business relationships.
Ability to maintain a professional and assertive demeanor under challenging situations and possesses confidence to act on critical decisions.
Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To have:
+ CISSP / CISA or equivalent certification.
+ Knowledge of cybersecurity control frameworks (NIST, ISO, etc).
+ IGA, and user Lifecycle experience.
+ Working knowledge of provisioning protocols, such as, SCIM.
+ Knowledge on RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and SOD (Segregation of Duties).
