Your role, your impact




As a Senior Advisor, Global Benefits and Wellness, you'll support the Global Total Rewards team in planning and executing various programs and projects. You'll play a key role in transforming the employee experience by managing, implementing, enhancing, and administering benefit programs, policies, and procedures across Canada, the United States, and internationally.

Your day-to-day




Oversee the governance and administration of Alithya's employee benefits programs (group insurance, retirement savings plans, telehealth, employee assistance programs, etc.) in Canada, the United States, and internationally; Develop and lead the global benefits and wellness strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and overseeing the rollout of related initiatives; Provide strategic guidance to the organization on all matters related to benefits and wellness; Collaborate closely with the Human Capital (HC) team to ensure alignment and successful implementation of initiatives that support organizational goals; Participate in mergers and acquisitions, leading the integration of benefits programs during acquisitions; Manage and coordinate various projects and recurring processes, such as re-enrollment campaigns, group insurance renewals, and vendor and contract reviews; Lead and oversee the implementation, improvement, and monitoring of HC processes related to benefits and wellness; Act as a subject matter expert, advising technicians and business partners on complex benefits and disability management issues; Conduct analyses and produce detailed reports on key benefits and wellness indicators, offering actionable recommendations based on findings. #LI-Hybrid

Keys to your success




Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, actuarial science, or a related field; Minimum 10 years of experience in the strategic management and administration of employee benefits programs in Canada, the United States, and internationally; Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration processes; Ability to leverage a network of experts to seek advice and solutions; Ability to work in a growing organization and managing multiple stakeholders through data-driven analysis, persuasion, and influence; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment; Skills in navigating conceptual environments and proposing tailored options, alternatives, and solutions; Excellent proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools; Demonstrated discretion and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a daily basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
