This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team for various initiatives and the delivery of projects.The successful administrative assistant possesses structure, attention to detail, quality focus, high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced deadline driven environment. In this role, you will need to work well in a team environment, act with professional courtesy and acumen, and deliver flawless work output. You will interact with members of the team as well as employees in our Wealth Management Canada branch network nationally. A high standard of service must be maintained by taking ownership and accountability, prioritizing incoming inquiries and highlighting issues requiring immediate attention.What will you do?
