Position Overview
The incumbent provides efficient, expert and confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Vice-presidents of the above-mentioned services. The Administrative Assistant acts as a point of contact among executives and key stakeholders, manages information flow in a timely and accurate manner and supports the Vice-presidents with tasks such as scheduling; reviewing, prioritizing, and responding to emails; drafting correspondence; handling telephone inquiries,problem-solving/troubleshooting; organizing documents; maintaining records; preparing agendas, taking notes at meetings and any other administrative tasks.
The incumbent will operate in a manner consistent with HGH\xe2\x80\x99s mission, vision and values. The Administrative Assistant must function with a high degree of independence and autonomy in many day-to-day aspects of the role. The incumbent must also demonstrate a high degree of discretion and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
