When you join our PCI Partnership Pricing team, you'll be part of a brand-new chapter at Aviva. This is a highly dynamic role that blends actuarial analysis with business problem-solving, giving you exposure to everything from technical modeling to strategic discussions with partners.
What you'll do:Support pricing initiatives for the PCI partnership, including dislocation analysis, retention studies, new business and renewal monitoring
Design and optimize analytics frameworks to detect emerging trends for PCI new business to enable proactive, data-driven decision-making
Develop and evolve the PCI market model, integrating profitability analytics with conversion dynamics to harmonize actuarial rigor with business objectives
Conduct deep-dive campaign performance evaluations, synthesizing quantitative insights to inform strategic recommendations for business stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the downstream impacts of the portfolio transfer
Support Data Analytics team on leveraging loyalty data for customer-level targeting
Research and apply both traditional and innovative ways to apply accepted actuarial techniques to business issues
Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, translating technical findings into actionable insights tailored to diverse stakeholder audiences
What you'll bring:Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline
Minimum of 3-5 CAS exams
Minimum of 3 years of P&C work experience
Strong proficiency in Python (hands-on coding experience required)
Advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills; strong MS Office skills
Curiosity and adaptability to work on both actuarial and business-focused projects
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams
Experience with SAS and VBA is an asset
