Position: Senior Accounting Technician

- Participate in the accounting cycle of multiple companies.
- Gather supporting documents for bank statements and credit cards.
- Perform bank reconciliations for all entities.
- Manage credit card expenses for all companies and operations.
- Contribute to expense re-invoicing.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement of accounting processes.
- Analyze transactions and make necessary corrections.
- Perform any other related tasks as needed.Requirements:- Bilingual to work with suppliers across Canada and the United States
- Excellent understanding of the accounting cycle.
- Experience in multi-company accounting (strongly desired).
- At least 5 years of accounting experience (mandatory).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Advantage software (an asset).
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Exceptional organizational, versatility, rigor, and attention to detail.
- Good judgment and absolute respect for confidentiality.
