We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to join our team as a

Manager

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING



Lead and manage client engagements, delivering exceptional audit, tax, and advisory services. Develop and refine accounting policies, procedures, and operational strategies, including the implementation of process and system improvements. Review and oversee client tax provisions, ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for tax planning. Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. Stay current on Canadian GAAP (ASPE, ASNFPO) and tax regulations, leveraging your expertise to guide clients and team members. Design and optimize workflows, processes, and procedures to enhance departmental efficiency. Collaborate with other leaders to plan resources and manage capacity effectively. Mentor and coach junior staff, fostering their development and contributing to a culture of excellence.

WHAT YOU BRING



A CPA designation and a minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience. Proven success in client service, business development, and team leadership. Advanced technical knowledge in Canadian GAAP (ASPE, ASNFPO) and Canadian tax (personal, corporate, excise). Proficiency with Caseware, Jazzit, Keystone, Excel, and Profile. A passion for mentorship and team development. Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
