SOMMAIRE DU POSTE :

Sous la supervision du controleur, Associe comptable sera responsable du cycle comptable complet, de la gestion du processus d'information financiere de l'entreprise et contribuera de maniere decisive a l'amelioration des systemes et des processus.

RESPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES :

Reconciliation bancaire Rapports mensuels sur la TPS/TVQ Traiter les comptes crediteurs, y compris la verification des factures d'importation. Effectuer les ecritures de journal et les ajustements de fin de mois Aider a l'etablissement des etats financiers mensuels et de fin d'annee Contribuer a l'etablissement de rapports financiers complets Repondre aux exigences des projets.

COMPETENCES ET APTITUDES :

3 a 4 ans d'experience en comptabilite ou en analyse financiere Solides competences en matiere d'analyse et de resolution de problemes et souci du detail. Excellente communication ecrite et orale en francais et en anglais. Connaissance approfondie de Microsoft Office et Excel Connaissance de SAP B1 un atout

SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Controller, the Senior Accounting Associate will be responsible for the full accounting cycle, managing the company's financial reporting process and be a key contributor to systems and process improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Bank reconciliations. GST/QST monthly reports. Process accounts payable including verification of import shipment invoices. Journal entries and month end adjustments. Assist with monthly and year end FS. Help implement and maintain internal financial controls to ensure the integrity of financial information and safeguard company assets. Support project based requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

3 - 4 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis. Strong analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication in French & English is required. Strong knowledge of Microsoft office, including Excel. Knowledge of SAP B1 an asset.
