Reporting To:

General Manager

Responsibilities:

Preparation of the year end working paper Completing monthly financial statements Analysis of numerous accounts processing of biweekly payroll preparing monthly invoices for clients and processing supplier payments Remittances of employee deductions Remittances of sales tax and GST payments Offering support and assistance to the GM as needed

Qualifications:

3-5 years of similar experience Currently enrolled, or have completed an accounting program Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Able to work independently and as part of a team High level of detail and accuracy Able to meet tight deadlines Strong organizational skills, with the proven ability to prioritize and multitask
