What You'll Be Doing
Support the company's financial and accounting systems, staff, and daily operational workflows.
Complete monthly reconciliations for cash, accounts receivable, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accounts payable, commissions, intercompany accounts, and payroll accounts.
Meet all monthly, quarterly, and annual deadlines related to budgets, forecasts, reporting, and financial analysis.
Contribute to monthly reporting packages and collaborate on year-end financial statements.
Work with the Payroll Manager to execute payroll and ensure full compliance with standards and best practices.
Support department managers in reviewing business performance and building action plans to enhance profitability.
Conduct financial analysis on company operations and present findings to the executive team.
Ensure all financial and accounting practices align with internal policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
What You Must Have
CPA designation (required)
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience with payroll processing and payroll software
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership
High analytical capability with a detail-oriented, resourceful, and self-driven approach
