Job Description
if you enjoy working for a great boss and employee centric office, this position is for you! The accountant will liaise with the VP of Finance and work on all aspects of accounting and finance within the organization.
Job Overview:
The successful candidate will work closely with our accounting team and assist with Corporate and Property accounting.
We are looking for someone who can think outside the box, has a high competency and some understanding of Quickbooks & Yardi Voyager will be awesome.
- Designated Accountant, CPA with 2-3 years of related experience
- Accounting -Experience with Quickbooks,Yardi Voyager platforms
- Treasury - experience with ACH & Wire transfers (RBC On line)
- Experience in the commercial real estate or property management sector would be preferred
- Strong knowledge & experience with full cycle accounting, intercompany reconciliations and FX would be an asset
- Possesses solid working knowledge of Excel
- organizational skills; is highly effective at handling multiple priorities and Strong planning and persistently ensuring tasks are seen through to timely and accurate completion
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
