Our client is a large multinational manufacturing company based in Burnaby and we\'re currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team.

Reporting to the Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Full cycle accounting for a business unit including preparation of financial statements, management reporting, and costing
- Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
- Assist in the implementation of accounting and internal controls policies
- Assist with year-end audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Designated CPA or near completion
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years progressive accounting experience within the manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of IFRS is an asset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
