Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with expertise in accounts receivable, financial auditing, and corporate finance. This role requires proficiency in accounting software to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in managing financial operations, analyzing accounts, and supporting budgeting processes.

Responsibilities



Oversee accounts receivable processes to ensure timely collection and accurate record-keeping. Conduct thorough financial audits to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with regulations. Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and account analyses for management review. Collaborate with the executive team to develop annual budgets and monitor expenditures against budgeted amounts. Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks and other accounting and tax software) for efficient financial management and reporting. Manage payroll processing to ensure accurate employee compensation and compliance with tax regulations. Provide support for corporate finance activities, including cash flow management and investment analysis. Assist in the implementation of new accounting systems or software as needed.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation is preferred. Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role with a focus on accounts receivable and financial auditing. Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks ; experience with other accounting tools is a plus. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform account analysis effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Effective communication skills for presenting financial information clearly to stakeholders.

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
