Manage all accounting transactions
Reconciliation of all bank and credit card accounts
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank payments
Ensure timely payment and filings with tax authorities, monthly HST
Manage and payment of payroll
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Review financial transactions and documents
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Comply with financial policies and regulations
Prepare budget forecasts
Input customer Invoices daily
Submit bills of lading to the shipping company, for Triple Bogey drivers
Inventory management
Help with Sales Rep Management
