Job description

Preparation of financial statements and working papers for operating and investment companies Preparing personal, corporate and trust tax returns (T1, T2, T3) General bookkeeping from transactional recordings through to the preparation of financial statements. Calculation, reporting and filing of compliance reports, e.g. GST/QST, Payroll Effective communication with our clients and government agencies Providing advice and training to other staff members

Qualifications and experience

Proficiency using Quickbooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Excel and other relevant platforms Prior experience working with Caseware, Caseview, TaxPrep, and Profile Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting firm Ability to work in French and English Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively Ability to work with limited supervision Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Strong commitment to professional client service excellence
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $62,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
