Reporting to the Senior Manager, Financial Reporting & Consolidations, the ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and adaptable finance professional with strong analytical and consolidation experience. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and brings a proactive approach to relationship-building and problem-solving. Main responsibilities for this role include:

• Manage monthly financial close and consolidation processes
• Prepare supporting schedules and analysis for reporting and disclosures
• Collaborate with internal teams and business units to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Review financial submissions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness
• Maintain documentation to support internal controls and compliance requirements
• Support the integration of acquisitions into financial systems and reporting frameworks
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and support special projects as needed

Qualifications
The main qualifications for this role include:

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field
• CPA designation
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
• Advanced Excel skills and solid experience with financial systems
• Experience with consolidation or accounting systems (e.g., OneStream)

How You Will Be Rewarded:

• $70,000 - $90,000 annual salary range
