SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the financial reporting of Business Aviation Prepare periodic management reporting Partner with department managers and prepare a monthly budget to actual variance analysis Perform and/or review monthly balance sheet reconciliations Continuous improvement of month-end reporting processes Prepares and or/approves journal entries with appropriate support and documentation Lead year-end audit and be the main point of contact for auditors Assist with system implementation, system testing, etc. Guide accounting coordinators on proper treatment of transactions Review vendor invoices and payments by verifying documentation, account coding, and approval Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or business CPA or CPA student 3 -5 years' experience in audit or accounting/finance Strong accounting technical and internal control background; NetSuite by Oracle experience is an asset but not a must. Strong Excel skills (proficient in pivot tables and formulas; Attention to detail and analytical skills
