Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as proficiency in various accounting software.

Duties

Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage AR and AP, Customer Invoicing and Inventory Maintain records and documentation and collaborate with head office Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets. Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely payments. Maintain accurate records using accounting software such as QuickBooks and Labeltraxx. Provide financial insights and recommendations based on account analysis. Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Skills

Proficient in accounting software including QuickBooks and MS Excel. Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations. Excellent analytical skills with a focus on account analysis and reconciliation. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards. Experience in both accounts payable and accounts receivable functions is highly desirable.
