Senior Accountant - Assurance

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in mid-sized public accounting firms who are confident and skilled in serving as a Senior on engagement teams. Significant consideration will also be given to candidates with proven experience in completing compilation engagements.

The ideal candidate will bring the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Experience:

3-5 years of public accounting experience, ideally in a small to mid-sized firm. CPA candidates preferred.

Technical Expertise:

Confidence in preparing compilation engagements, with hands-on experience in financial statement preparation and corporate income tax returns.

Software Proficiency:

Familiarity with Caseware, Taxcycle, CCH iFirm, QBO and Microsoft Office.

Mentorship Skills:

A passion for supporting the development of junior team members.

Communication:

Strong written and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse clients and team members.
In this role, you will complete a variety of file engagements while building strong client relationships through a proactive approach, exceptional project management, and advanced technical skills in accounting and tax.

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
