The Senior Accountant will ensure the integrity of accounting information and accurate financial statements through strong internal controls and accounting knowledge.

Summary of

Responsibilities

Proactive management of month-end accounting, reporting and account reconciliations. Support budget & forecasts preparation and reporting according to schedule. Provides information and analysis to support business decisions. Manage and prepare parent company reporting requirements through Hyperion. Ensure compliance with Marmon's Standard Practice Instructions, Sarbanes Oxley, Internal Controls and FCPA and support internal audits. Analyze financial information and summarize financial status. Implement new processes and systems, such as ACH payments, to ensure continued improvement. Acts as a finance partner to leadership and project teams. Ad hoc projects as needed and other duties as required.

Required Skills and

Experience

5+ years related experience University degree in Accounting, Finance or related Accounting designation (preferred) Problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles Experience with Epicor or similar ERP platforms Self-motivated, organized, with strong attention to detail
