Position can be located in Calgary or Vancouver depending on the chosen candidate.

Being a senior account representative means coaching fellow account representatives in order to optimize their contribution to the management and support of clients in their financing needs and to play a leading role in the transformation of our business line.

The varied and complex administrative tasks will allow you to acquire and share in-depth knowledge at several levels.

This position reports toa, Administrative Support Manager- Real Estate Financing.

Your role:

• Actively contribute to developing practical solutions to our operational challenges by working closely with transformation teams, banking products, remote services, operations and various major projects that have a direct impact on the performance of the business line.
• Optimize the effectiveness of the accounts officer role by appropriation and implementation of new tools and procedures developed as part of the evolution of business practices and the technological park.
• Identify operational issues related to support activities that require priority attention and action
• Be proactive in proposing new, simple, concrete, and effective ways of doing business to improve the quality of the service being delivered
• Support account managers by prioritizing and ensuring the complex and diverse administrative activities of our files
• Conduct rigorous monitoring of day-to-day activities and ensure that complex files are processed on time
• Collect, compile, and verify the accuracy of the data to be indexed in the various loan systems
• Optimize and document operational procedures

• 3-year college diploma (DEC) and 6 to 7 years of experience OR aa, Bachelor degreea, and 3 to 4 years of experience
• Coaching experience desirable
• Extensive experience in sales support activities in the Real Estate Financing sector
• Excellent knowledge of commercial loan administration
• Analytical mind
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Good network of desirable internal contacts among our business partners
• Expertise in priority management
• Autonomy, organization and change management
