Senior Account Marketing Manager

to be the strategic lead and primary point of contact for our key clients.

This is a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities


Client Relationship Management & Strategy



Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, lasting relationships through proactive and regular communication (email, Slack, calls). Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals, challenges, and needs through discovery and performance review, creating strategic marketing plans tailored to their unique objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance client success across all digital channels. Help mentor the account management team.

Strategic Planning & Campaign Execution



Lead the development and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns spanning SEO, PPC, content marketing, design, and email. Collaborate closely with the media team, providing clear direction to ensure the delivery of necessary assets and insights for effective client communication. Partner with internal teams (creative, paid media, SEO, content, and development) to ensure the seamless execution of all strategies.

Project & Team Oversight



Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, using Asana, reporting tools, and dashboards as primary tools to ensure campaigns are executed on schedule and within scope. Facilitate clear and efficient communication between clients and internal teams via Asana, Slack, and email to eliminate confusion, manage expectations, and maintain accountability.

Reporting, Analysis & Growth



Prepare and present compelling performance reports, data-driven insights, and strategic recommendations to clients. Utilize analytics tools (including in-platform data, Google Analytics, GA4, and custom reports) to monitor performance and proactively flag optimization opportunities or strategic adjustments to internal teams. Proactively uncover growth opportunities beyond the existing scope, identifying new platforms or strategies (e.g., expanding beyond Google Ads) and areas to increase investment.

Growth & Retention Focus



Identify opportunities to expand client accounts through both upselling (increasing spend in existing platforms) and cross-selling (introducing new service offerings). Develop strategies to drive increased client ad spend while maintaining a strong focus on ROI, capitalizing on limited opportunities and improving conversion rates. Secure client testimonials and reviews on platforms like Google Reviews, Clutch, G2, and TrustPilot to enhance credibility.

Administrative



Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual Reviews with clients, often in person, to reflect on performance, highlight achievements, and set future objectives. Handle invoicing and liaise with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate billing.

Qualifications



8+ years of experience in a client-facing digital marketing role, preferably in an agency environment. Proven track record of managing and growing large-scale client relationships. Deep expertise in integrated digital marketing strategy across channels (SEO, PPC, Content, Email, Social). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics (including GA4) and various data reporting platforms. Exceptional project management skills, with experience using tools like Asana, Slack, and reporting dashboards. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
