We have a focused commitment to career development and personal success; we care about our people and cultivating a great environment where people feel proud to workAs a Senior Account Manager, you\'ll hold a crucial position within our collaborative team, contributing creative ideas for in-culture campaigns, nurturing client relationships, and overseeing execution to achieve exceptional ROI for our client brands. Expertise should include digital & social, proactive & reactive communications, media relations, data & insights, experiential events, influencer marketing, as well as consumer, corporate and lifestyle brand management.We\'re seeking an empathetic leader with unwavering curiosity, and the ability to inspire and connect with diverse teams. Strong creative, strategic, and organizational skills are a must along with innovative thinking, storytelling skills, client engagement, and the ability to support flawless execution in the most efficient and productive way.Some of the amazing work you\'ll do:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our client\'s business and audiences and lead the creation and execution of insight-driven multiplatform campaigns that drive meaningful results.
  • Weave earned media, influencer, social and paid tactics together into strategic integrated plans.
  • Collaborate effectively with inter-agency teams to develop holistic plans and fully integrated strategies for our clients.
  • Draft and edit media materials including editorial pieces, media advisories, press releases, fact sheets and briefing books. Strong writing skills are required.
  • Established media and influencer relationships, strong written and verbal pitching capabilities.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools and platforms, coupled with a sharp aptitude for understanding data and its relevance to communications.
  • Provide expert counsel to clients and colleagues on media/influencer/digital trends, issues and best practices - act as a thought leader and trusted partner who shares knowledge and expertise.
  • Foster creative thinking and inspire innovative approaches.
  • Play a collaborative role in staffing and resourcing to balance team workloads and ensure optimal account services

  • Experience in a PR, digital or social media agency developing broadly integrated marketing strategies
  • Strong media relationships across business, technology and consumer lifestyle
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • An understanding of integrated earned and social media campaign needs related to platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.

  • Experience leading complex and highly strategic engagements
  • Ability to be flexible in a changing work environment and work well under pressure
  • Skilled at analyzing data, deriving insights and building creative output to meet client objectives
