On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

Our client is a leading digital signage software company that provides a comprehensive platform for managing and delivering digital advertising and content across a network of digital displays. It offers a cloud-based software solution that enables businesses to create, schedule, and distribute dynamic content to digital screens in various locations.

They are the market leader and their platform is used by advertising networks, media owners, and brands to efficiently manage their digital signage networks. It allows users to remotely control and monitor displays, manage content playlists, target specific audiences, and measure the effectiveness of their campaigns through analytics and reporting.

The company\'s software supports a wide range of digital signage formats, including large-scale billboards, interactive displays, video walls, and kiosks. It provides tools for content creation, scheduling, and targeting, helping businesses deliver engaging and relevant content to their target audience.

They have over 100 accounts in North America and they are looking for a rockstar Senior Account Manager to join their team and support the growth of some of their top accounts. This person will be responsible for maintaining and growing the relationships with their enterprise customers in North America.

Their industry leading products are diverse and are used by many different client departments including network operations, sales and ad operations. This results in deep and often complex customer relationships that require proactive management to ensure their customers get the most of what they have to offer.

Overall goals: grow revenue (upsell); reduce churn; deepen relationships (be seen as partners, not just vendors); centralize communication.

Your Core responsibilities:

Maintain and grow revenue with existing enterprise clients

  • Identify opportunities for customer growth through the use of their products and services
  • Work to attain assigned annual revenue targets
  • Identify customer needs and market insights to be communicated to the rest of the organization
  • Conduct renegotiations and renewals with the goal of modifying and/or expanding client product offerings & contracts via mutually beneficial strategies
  • Maintain accurate data hygiene for all assigned accounts
Deepen customer relationships
  • Become a trusted and knowledgeable client partner with strong, dedicated knowledge of current client base
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships that are shown through positively impacting client NPS
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships with all levels from C-Suite to operational team
  • Identify potential risks and uncover hidden requirements through proactive discovery sessions, inquiring deeply, and crafting a comprehensive long-term account strategy for achieving growth.
  • Drive product adoption
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with client leadership to provide insight into their use of the tools, opportunities for them to grow and expected hurdles to be overcome
  • Represent the organization in industry events and conferences, furthering thought leadership and credibility through engagements
  • Ensure full alignment and delivery of exceptional service and solutions to clients by cross-collaborating with internal teams (including Sales, Product, Support, Legal, Finance..)
They are looking for someone who:
  • Is an active and attentive listener with great follow-up skills
  • Has 5+ years of account management or sales experience
  • Has experience with solutions sales and long sales cycles
  • Has experience working to a revenue target or carrying a quota
  • Has a strong knowledge of at least two of the following and a keen interest to learn the rest:
  • out of home media industry ecosystem
  • media sales process from planning to ad-ops, billing and invoicing
  • media yield optimization
  • network management and optimization
  • display hardware and software
  • leasing and real estate operations
  • Has excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Possesses significant technical, business and relationship savvy
  • Has experience cross-collaborating with internal teams including Sales, Product, Support, Legal, Finance\xe2\x80\xa6 to ensure full alignment and delivery of exceptional service and solutions
  • Able to travel
  • Bonus if you are fluent in Spanish
