Role Overview
As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving our growth by acquiring new business and managing key accounts within a defined territory. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, by building strong, trust-based relationships with customers and partners. The ideal candidate is a strategic hunter, skilled at articulating complex value propositions, and thrives in a quota-driven environment.

This is a field sales role requiring daily travel within the Toronto Metropolitan Area.
What you'll do
Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue quotas on a quarterly and annual basis.
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to build and maintain a robust pipeline.
Maintain a high level of face-to-face meeting activity with customers, prospects, and partners.
Build and leverage strategic relationships with local channel partners and alliances to aid in pipeline generation.
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations with quantifiable business cases and ROI.
Lead negotiations and close deals, following company practices and processes.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Utilize internal sales tools and CRM effectively to manage opportunities and drive them to a successful close.
Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and our solution offerings.
What we're looking for
A proven track record of success in a field-based sales role, consistently achieving or exceeding quota.
Experience selling complex software solutions or enterprise platforms (not just IT components) to new logo accounts.
Significant experience building and working within a local partner ecosystem.
Strong ability to articulate a strategic and financial value proposition, clearly linking solutions to customer challenges and goals.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and verbal and written communication skills.
A self-starter with excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and thriving in an autonomous environment.
Professional, humble, and team-oriented, with a client-service mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
