Job Purpose:




The main objective of this role is to develop the CCaaS market as well as plan and implement sales strategies for new and existing customers. The Senior Account Executive analyzes customer needs, plans and coordinates the development of sales and customer loyalty programs and activities, recognizes business opportunities, strategically manages all assigned accounts and develops new opportunities within their assigned target market or accounts.

Duties:



Solicit new business within assigned accounts or territory to grow customer base (through prospecting) to sell Professional Services, Consulting, and CCaaS Software Solutions. Manage assigned existing accounts (new projects, cross-selling, renewal of subscription contracts, requests for changes, etc.) Prepare proposals, meet with prospects, close effectively and follow up Develop strategy within specific markets (line of business and/or geographic) Manage sales forecasts dashboard using Salesforce CRM Manage proposal templates and provide feedback for continuous improvement Responsible for customer data maintenance (CRM) and documentation (letters, proposals, etc.) Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients Conduct regular follow up meetings with customers (onsite/remote as required by the customer) Oversee and validate assigned accounts invoicing with the accounting department Manage and follow up on orders with Inoria's business partners Participate in trade shows, webinars and user conferences Perform other duties as assigned appropriately

Technical Skills



Strong knowledge of CCaaS Software Solutions, Genesys and Five9. Strong knowledge of telephony, telecom and contact centers a must. Knowledge of Cisco Webex, Zoom and MS Teams preferred. Strong computer skills, proficient with CRM systems Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)

Essential Qualifications:



8-10 years of experience selling Professional Services in software or other similar IT/Telecom industry (consultative approach) Bachelor's degree in Business or approximately six years of relevant work experience?strongly preferred. Experience with selling contact center solutions, customer experience, or CRM selling is a strong asset Exceptional ability to persuade, convince, negotiate and influence to support objectives Entrepreneurial, highly motivated and adaptable Advanced interpersonal and communication skills A strong spoken and written English is mandatory Valid passport, driver's license and own car occasionally available for business purposes Availability to travel to US/Canada approx. 20-30% of the time

Objectif du poste :




Ce poste a pour principal objectif de developper le marche des solutions CCaaS ainsi que de concevoir et mettre en oeuvre des strategies de vente pour les clients existants et potentiels. Le/la responsable grands comptes analyse les besoins des clients, planifie et coordonne le developpement des programmes et activites de vente et de fidelisation, identifie les opportunites commerciales, gere strategiquement l'ensemble des comptes qui lui sont attribues et developpe de nouvelles opportunites au sein de son marche cible.

Missions :



Prospecter de nouveaux clients au sein des comptes ou du territoire attribues afin d'accroitre le portefeuille clients et de vendre des services professionnels, du conseil et des solutions logicielles CCaaS. Gerer les comptes clients existants (nouveaux projets, ventes croisees, renouvellements d'abonnements, demandes de modification, etc.) Preparer les propositions commerciales, rencontrer les prospects, conclure les ventes et assurer le suivi Developper la strategie sur des marches specifiques (secteur d'activite et/ou zone geographique) Gerer le tableau de bord des previsions de ventes via Salesforce CRM Gerer les modeles de propositions et fournir des retours d'information pour une amelioration continue Assurer la maintenance des donnees clients (CRM) et la documentation (courriers, propositions, etc.) Developper et entretenir des relations professionnelles solides avec les clients Organiser des reunions de suivi regulieres avec les clients (sur place ou a distance selon leurs besoins) Superviser et valider la facturation des comptes attribues avec le service comptable Gerer et assurer le suivi des commandes aupres des partenaires commerciaux d'Inoria Participer aux salons professionnels, webinaires et conferences utilisateurs Effectuer toute autre tache connexe

Competences techniques

Excellente connaissance des solutions logicielles CCaaS, de Genesys et de Five9 Excellente connaissance de la telephonie, des telecommunications et des centres de contact (indispensable) La connaissance de Cisco Webex, Zoom et MS Teams est un atout. Excellentes competences informatiques, maitrise des systemes CRM. Maitrise avancee de Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Qualifications essentielles :



8 a 10 ans d'experience dans la vente de services professionnels dans le secteur des logiciels ou un secteur similaire des TI/telecommunications (approche consultative). Baccalaureat en administration des affaires ou environ 5 a 6 ans d'experience professionnelle pertinente. L'experience de la vente de solutions de centres de contact, de l'experience client ou de solutions CRM est un atout majeur. Excellentes aptitudes a persuader, convaincre, negocier et influencer pour atteindre les objectifs. Esprit d'entreprise, grande motivation et capacite d'adaptation. Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et de communication. Maitrise de l'anglais oral et ecrit. Passeport valide, permis de conduire et vehicule personnel disponibles occasionnellement pour les deplacements professionnels. Disponibilite pour des deplacements aux Etats-Unis et au Canada (20 a 30 % du temps)
