Procter & Gamble is seeking a highly motivated individual for a Senior Account Executive position with our P&G Professional Organization.
P&G Professional is a leading manufacturer and marketer of away from home products and solutions to building service contractors, hotels, health care facilities, restaurants, schools and work closely with our distributor partners.
P&G Professional Senior Account Executives are responsible for delivering sales objectives at assigned customers. This specific role will be leading the relationship and sales with P&G Professional customers and distributors. P&G Professional Senior Account Executives are part of a multi-functional Distributor Customer Team which includes experts in Finance, Logistics, Marketing, and Information Systems to provide the resources needed to develop a new and successful way of doing business.
Reports to the P&G Pro Canada Leader.
Develop and implement sales growth plans (distribution, pricing; merchandising) via multi-year Joint Business Plans with multiple distributors across their business units.
Partner with marketing to enable distributors' sales team to sell to away-from-home users and other distributors with marketing programs
Review monthly sales, end user performance and upcoming pipeline to develop plans to deliver sales growth.
Day-to-day account management: Trade spend, reconciliations, travel budgets
Handle relationship up to director/VP-level with the distributor.
May have direct reports.
Responsible for supply chain management, trade funds, stewardship, pricing implementation and working with distributor sales teams.
