Job Description


On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

The Client:
Our client is a leader who provides value-added facility services across North America that includes maintenance and retrofitting building solutions.

About The Role:

  • Responsible for the sale of HVAC Control Systems, equipment, and building automation solutions
  • Decision-makers with Contractors, Consultants, and Building Owners/Managers who are responsible for new construction and Retrofits
  • New business focus
  • Mid-Level Market and enterprise systems within the assigned territory
  • Selling to Engineers, writing specifications, developing cost proposals, and negotiating sales contracts
  • Develop and maintain close business relationships with Architects, Consulting Engineers, Contractors, and Building Owners & Managers
Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma
  • Courses, Certificates and Training in HVAC and Building Controls
  • Possess a strong understanding of HVAC Control Systems
  • 3+ sales of Building Control Systems, with a proven successful sales record
  • Working experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint software programs
