Job Description
On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

Our client is a leader who provides value-added facility services across North America that includes maintenance and retrofitting building solutions.
About The Role:
- Responsible for the sale of HVAC Control Systems, equipment, and building automation solutions
- Decision-makers with Contractors, Consultants, and Building Owners/Managers who are responsible for new construction and Retrofits
- New business focus
- Mid-Level Market and enterprise systems within the assigned territory
- Selling to Engineers, writing specifications, developing cost proposals, and negotiating sales contracts
- Develop and maintain close business relationships with Architects, Consulting Engineers, Contractors, and Building Owners & Managers
- Degree or Diploma
- Courses, Certificates and Training in HVAC and Building Controls
- Possess a strong understanding of HVAC Control Systems
- 3+ sales of Building Control Systems, with a proven successful sales record
- Working experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint software programs
