Salary:

RCT is looking for driven, results-oriented Senior Account Executive to add to our growing sales team in North America. The Senior Account Executive plays a key role selling RCT\'s B2B SaaS platform to enterprise level accounts and will focus on building relationships and navigating complex organizations. Leveraging the company\'s commitment to its sales process, and best in class sales methodologies, the successful candidate will maximize revenue growth and increase market share by selling our B2B SaaS platform to insurance organizations in the US and Canada. Responsibilities Strategic Sales Leadership:

  • Lead the charge in selling RCT\'s Enterprise SaaS platform to insurance organizations across the US and Canada.
  • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to Closed Won, setting the standard for excellence.
  • Develop and implement account-based selling strategies to target key clients and prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new opportunities within those accounts.
  • Conduct in-depth account research and analysis to understand client needs, challenges, and pain points.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate seamlessly with pre-sales resources, marketing, and our services organization during sales cycles to ensure client success and satisfaction.
  • Partner closely with the BDR Team to maximize market penetration and optimize lead flow.
Lead Generation Mastery:
  • Utilize a powerful sales stack, including Sales Navigator, Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and more, to generate and qualify high-value sales opportunities.
  • Leverage your expertise in understanding our product\'s functions and features to articulate compelling pain and value messages to target prospects.
Competitive Expertise:
  • Stay at the forefront of the industry by continually updating your knowledge of competitive products and emerging technologies.
Qualifications Skills & Work Traits

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives
  • Committed to learning the RCT sales process and adhere to our sales methodologies
  • Knowledge of and/or experience with MEDDPICC and Sandler is a \xe2\x80\x98plus\', if you do not have experience with one or both, you have a willingness to learn both as they are the official languages of sales at RCT
  • Exposure to more complex, consultative selling is an asset. A desire to become an expert in enterprise sales is an even greater asset
  • Experience selling into the carrier and broker insurance segments is an asset
  • Possess a coaching-oriented, inquisitive, calm, fun, and humble demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and PowerPoint
  • Open to Remote with preference for GTA based candidates
Education & Experience:
  • 8+ years field software sales experience
  • Proven track record of generating sales opportunities
  • University or College degree is preferred
