Material characterization: Perform material characterization with a strong focus on thin-film and nanoscale materials, using electron microscopy, spectroscopy, ellipsometry, and electrical measurements. Support cleanroom-based nanofabrication processes, including thin-film deposition, lithography, and etching, with an emphasis on in-line characterizing material properties. Ensure high accuracy in measurements and proper documentation to guide process development and quality control.
Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret characterization and in-line measurement data to assess material quality and identify trends or deviations. Correlate material properties with process conditionsand device performance to support troubleshooting and optimization efforts. Prepare clear, detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to engineering, R&D,and management teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :Work closely with other engineers, R&D scientists, and production teams to resolve material-related issues and support new process development. Participate in problem-solving activities, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
Provide technical guidance on material behavior and characterization techniques to ensure alignment between material properties and process requirements.
