Job Title: DZ Truck Driver - Straight Truck Owner Operator
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Straight Truck Owner Operator (DZ License) for assignments across the GTA and surrounding cities. The ideal candidate will operate their own 26' straight truck and be responsible for ensuring safe, timely, and professional delivery of freight while maintaining consistent communication with dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate your own well-maintained tandem 26' straight truck for scheduled deliveries.
Transport goods safely across designated Canada lanes.
Inspect cargo for damages or discrepancies prior to and after delivery.
Address basic vehicle-related issues and ensure road worthiness at all times.
Maintain effective communication with dispatch regarding routes, delays, and delivery updates.

Expected Hours: 8 hours per day
Requirements:
Valid DZ license with CVOR and vehicle insurance.
Ownership of a 26' straight truck in roadworthy condition.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
