```Duties```
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff
- Monitor the premises to prevent and detect any signs of disturbance or unruly behavior
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and refuse entry to individuals who are underage or intoxicated
- Handle difficult situations calmly and professionally, using verbal de-escalation techniques when necessary
- Escort unruly patrons off the premises, if needed, in a respectful manner
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to address any criminal activity or disturbances
- Conduct regular surveillance of the premises using CCTV systems to ensure the safety of all individuals present
- Respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents that may occur during shifts
- Enforce establishment policies and procedures to maintain order and compliance with local regulations

```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a bouncer or in a similar security role
- Knowledge of surveillance techniques and familiarity with CCTV systems
- Strong physical presence and ability to handle confrontational situations calmly and assertively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other security personnel
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and ability to identify potential risks or threats
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service and crowd control

Please note that this position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays. The ability to pass a background check is also required.
