We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Security Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of security equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to service calls and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct system testing and provide training to clients on the use of security systems.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Stay updated on the latest security technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electronics, security systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Security Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with IP-based security systems.
- Knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure.
- Certification from recognized security industry organizations

Wage

- Starting at $35/hour, higher wage based on experience and qualifications
