About the Role:

Paladin Security is hiring a Security Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at a premier property in downtown Toronto. In this role, you will lead a team of 1-3 security guards, respond to emergencies, and serve as the primary liaison between site leadership, property management, and tenants. You will play a central role in maintaining safety, enforcing regulations, and enhancing the customer experience for employees, tenants, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of 1-3 security guards Proactively respond to emergencies and incidents Liaise with Site Director, Property Management, and other departments Provide exceptional customer service and support to tenants, guests, and employees Conduct highly visible patrols of assigned areas by foot Assist visitors with directions, information, and general inquiries Support property events by offering guest assistance Respond to safety concerns, medical emergencies (First Aid, CPR, AED), and law enforcement incidents Enforce property rules and regulations fairly and consistently Document incidents and prepare reports in line with Paladin standards Address trespassers and unauthorized persons safely and professionally Maintain traffic control and facilitate access to restricted areas for authorized personnel

Requirements:

Must Have Requirements::

Valid Ontario Security License Valid Standard First Aid & CPR - Level C (WSIB-approved vendor) Proof of two Covid vaccine doses English fluency (oral and written) Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field

Nice to Have::

Certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) Willingness to complete Paladin's UOF/MOAB training if not already certified (training costs covered with a 6-month commitment)
