We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to loss prevention, effective surveillance, and the ability to respond swiftly to any incidents that may arise.

Responsibilities

Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, following established protocols. Conduct thorough inspections of property and equipment to identify potential security risks. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access. Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary, providing detailed reports on incidents. Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Assist in the implementation of security policies and procedures.

Skills

Strong understanding of loss prevention techniques and strategies. Proficiency in surveillance operations, including the use of CCTV systems. Knowledge of law enforcement principles and practices is preferred. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and the public. Capability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.
