THE ROLE:

Commissionaires' NL provides 24/7 security services to JLL ExxonMobil. We are currently seeking a Site Manager to manage the daily operations of the site.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties include but are not limited to:

Submitting payroll and scheduling

Briefing and training of new Commissionaires on their duties and responsibilities

Keeping up to date on personnel files and noting expiry dates on First Aid and Security Clearances

Use Genetec security desk to monitor activities at 3 physical locations and maintain the 'access control' configuration for employees, contractors, vendors, IAW standing client direction

Provide access passes to persons visiting the Hebron Way facility

Observe and report physical events inside and outside the facility

Monitor Security Cameras

Use of various windows software packages (office suite) for communication and reporting

Be available after hours to provide support to staff if needed

WHO WE'RE SEEKING

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Be aged 19 or older

Be professional, reliable and recognize the proper chain of command

Submit a comprehensive resume with your application

Be required to complete First Aid at the Emergency Level (1 Day)

Be able to communicate effectively in English

Must have Valid Driver's License

Have a clear criminal record check

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

The selected candidate will be professional and detail driven individual with a strong work ethic and "can do" attitude. Both physical and mental fitness is required. This often involves working in all types of environment conditions at varying times throughout the day or night.
