Purpose-led work you\xe2\x80\x99ll be part of As a Security Risk Inspection Manager, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • For Security services and Programs:
    • Evaluate projected and current compliance adherence, risk reduction and value as measured by customers
    • Inspect artifacts, logs and conduct interviews to determine effectiveness of security delivery
    • Interpret artifacts, process documentation and technology marketing materials to understand functionality and intended outcomes
    • Provide objective evaluation and recommendations for improvements
    • Support steering and leadership bodies on key decisions based on evaluation results
  • Demonstrate breadth of knowledge on security topics, tools in the market, and use in global environments
  • Provide evidence of involvement in assessments, audits or inspection of security technologies
Experiences and skills you\xe2\x80\x99ll use to solve
  • Demonstrate the ability to quickly come up to speed on security and technology topics outside of comfort zones and engage with specialists on inspection
  • Generate metrics which can measure intended outcomes, benefits and risk reduction of security efforts
  • Engage and support Lean and Six Sigma resources with activities ranging from Voice of the Customer sessions, value flow creation, customer journeys and sentiment analysis
  • Provide updates to senior leadership and defend points of view and recommendations
  • Research new topics and come up with creative ways to evaluate, measure success and monitor progress to objectives
  • Empower and inspire leaders to collaborate and enact transformative changes needed to improve customer satisfaction
  • Engage key groups and individuals with respectful challenges to improve buy-in and motivation
  • Anticipate resistors and actively convert them to advocates with roles to play
  • Collaborate with multiple leaders to drive changes across multiple teams in the pursuit of greater value as measured by customers
  • Foster a culture which embraces ideas, trying improvements and adapting based on feedback and data
  • Deliver communications based on audiences, adjusting messages based on group dynamics
  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard
