About the Role:

We are seeking professional and reliable

AST Licensed Security Guards

to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, property, and the public. You will be expected to provide a strong security presence, respond promptly to incidents, and uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle. Ensure the safety of personnel, visitors, and property. Control access to sites and verify credentials of visitors or contractors. Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents calmly and efficiently. Prepare and submit detailed daily activity and incident reports. Enforce site policies and procedures as directed by management. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements:

Valid

AST (Advanced Security Training) License

issued in [Province]. Valid

BC Security Worker License

(if applicable). Minimum [6 months / 1 year] of security experience preferred (but not mandatory). Excellent communication and observation skills. Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations. Must be physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods. Flexible availability -- including nights, weekends, and holidays. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (an asset).

Pay: $17.75-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Security Officer: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

AST (Advanced Security Training) License (preferred)
