Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officers to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to security, with responsibilities that include monitoring premises, enforcing rules, and responding to incidents.

Duties

Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to detect and respond to suspicious activities. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security protocols are followed. Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed. Document incidents and prepare detailed reports for management and client review. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft situations. Provide excellent customer service by assisting client representatives and addressing their inquiries in a friendly manner.

Experience

Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or loss prevention is preferred but not required. Familiarity with surveillance systems and CCTV operation is advantageous with alarm system experience. Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused during long shifts. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and interaction with others. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.

Pay: $16.50-$17.50 per hour
