Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Residential Security Officers - Night and Day Shifts to ensure the safety and security of our residential communities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring premises, enforcing rules and regulations, and providing a visible presence to deter potential security threats. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to maintaining a safe living environment for all residents. The work shift for this role could vary, so the ideal candidate should be flexible to work on the assigned shift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV, to identify and address any suspicious activities or breaches of security.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure all areas are secure and free from hazards.
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary.
• Enforce community rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Document incidents, observations, and actions taken in detailed reports for future reference.
• Collaborate with residents and staff to promote safety awareness within the community.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures.

Experience

• Previous experience in surveillance, law enforcement, or loss prevention is a must
• Basic knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures is advantageous
• Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and attentive at all times.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and interaction with residents.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
